Summary: Jack and Daniel set up Jonas and Paul
Jonas was over at Jack's; the SG-1 team leader had insisted that Jonas come over after his little escapade with SG-5, insisting that he needed some R&R.
What he had failed to mention is that Major Davis would be there as well.
Jonas liked Major Davis, he was a nice guy, and quite attractive, but to tell the truth, Jonas was half hoping that a reoccurrence of Daniel's first night back home, but with Davis here it wasn't likely to happen.

Jack and Daniel were in the kitchen, leaving Jonas and Paul to amuse themselves, but neither man was sure what to say, so that sat in silence.
"Jack, they aren't even talking, we have to do something." Daniel hissed.
"Well have you ever considered this might not work." Jack said, shaking his head.
He'd gone along with Daniel's plan simply to get peace, but he didn't think it would really work.
"Jonas likes him, and I know Paul thinks he is cute, they just need to find common ground." Daniel told him.
"Well that would be us." Jack pointed out.
Daniel nodded.
"We could always..." Daniel trailed of, winking suggestively.
"Daniel!" Jack yelped.
"Well it's not like we've never been with Jonas before, and I KNOW I could persuade Paul." Daniel said.
"Last resort!" Jack growled.

In the living room Jonas continued to look around him uncomfortably.
"So... em... how are things going now that your not on SG-1?" Davis asked.
"Em... good... I've been out with other teams a few times...it's different, but Daniel belonged on SG-1, I was just filling a gap, I'm happy to see them back together." Jonas said, refereeing to the team.
"Yeah, they are a great... team..." Paul agreed.
"Yeah..." Jonas agreed.
"Those two are taking long enough..." Jonas commented a few moments later.
"Probably necking in there..." Paul said with a grin, before he caught onto what he'd said.
"Em... I meant..." Paul flushed.
"I know... about them I mean." Jonas told him.
"Oh." Paul said.
"Yeah... I'm surprised you do." Jonas said.
"Em... Daniel and I..." Paul paused.
"Me and Jack." Jonas smiled.
"Oh." Was Paul's only response.

"So what are you two chattering about?" Daniel asked as he and Jack entered the living room carrying glasses and a bottle of wine.
"You two..." Paul said with a sly grin.
"Good things I hope." Jack retorted.
"Only the worst..." Jonas grinned at his old lover.
"Charming." Daniel said, grinning at Jonas, they both knew just what buttons to push on Jack, even if Daniel did know just a few more.
"So..." Jack said, "Paul how are things in D.C?"

The night passed with jokes, stories, good food, good wine, or in Jack's case beer, and good company, the four men relaxing, Jack and Daniel not even bothering to hide their relationship since Jonas and Paul both knew about it.
"Wanna play truth or dare?" Daniel asked eventually, giggling a little at the look of horror on Jack's face.
Jack tried to protest, but calls of affirmative from Paul and Jonas silenced his vote.
"Ok if you don't do your truth or dare, the penalty is a striptease in the back garden, with all the lights on so anyone can get a good peak. I'll go first." Daniel told the other three men.
"Paul truth or dare." He asked his old lover.
"Em... I don't trust you for a second with dare, so Truth." Paul said.
"Hmmm truth... em... ok, what is you favourite sexual position?" Daniel asked grinning.
He knew already of course, but since he was playing matchmaker, it wouldn't hurt for Jonas to have the bit of information.
Paul flushed a bright crimson, and Daniel wanted to giggle, Paul was so adorable when he blushed.
"Em... on my back when I can see my lover..." Paul answered still bright red.
Daniel smiled, he remembered Paul's keenness for being able to see his lover well, he was the same a lot of the time.
"Ok Daniel, truth or dare?" Paul asked.
Daniel called dare, knowing Paul didn't have the initiative to give him any truly bad dares.
"Em... alright, kiss Jonas, with tongues." Paul told him.
Daniel smirked, and getting up from his snug resting place between Jack's legs, gave the alien a firmly, passionate kiss, with tongues as ordered, and throwing in a little groping for a bonus.

Minutes passed before Daniel decided to move this party elsewhere, like say the bedroom.

Three Months Later
"So Jonas finally your own place, no more living in the mountain." Jack said, his arm slung over Jonas' shoulder.
"Well it was less than conductive to...certain things, especially since certain people don't have a place of their own around here." Jonas said, grinning.
Jack smiled. Daniel had of course been right, Jonas and Paul did make a great couple, the place Jonas had gotten was just up the road from Jack and Daniel's place. Daniel having stayed on there claiming it was more cost effective... like he was SO lacking in money... NOT.
"Well you two behave now..." Jack said clucking like a chicken, grinning widely as he and Daniel left the two men to finish unpacking things.
Yes it appeared things had definitely worked out for the better, and as far as Jack could see it was only going to get better.
The government had been given a slight, ultimatum, and it looked like laws might be changed so they could all let out a sigh of relief if they were.
Yep things were definitely looking up.
